Some threads being ignored

Some threads requiring the staffs' attention are being ignored. I'm leaning towards the Dispute Forum section and the Report a Scammer section, RaSc in particular.

I know staff members put a lot of effort into banning people and listening to the disputes and pardons of fellow members, but some threads aren't even commented on. If you want an example, look in the last page of RaSc. There are threads that are a month old and many other scammer reports answered within a few hours.

Also I notice that a couple of my post reports take a long time to answer too. Some reports I make get answered within a few minutes and some it takes an upwards of three weeks. These are all similar reports, stuff like spamming.

I'm telling staff to check towards the back of these sections and not only notice the front when they're looking for disputes and reports. Time is important too.

 

Sick of these threads, every other week there is a new one.

OT: Yes, something should be done.
Though, it is not like our mods do not have a life of their own outside of sythe or have nothing else to do on Sythe itself.

 

I agree yaroow, but if mods are going to take a look and comment on the disputes and reports, they should pay more attention to the older posts.

 

When something/someone REALLY needs a mods attention, you can always contact them through MSN/PM or any other form of instant messaging.

If you were to go to the last page of the RaS section you would see I have requested a TwC for another member as well, this has been unanswered for some time.
I let this be, because it is not a top priority.

When they see something that immediately needs action you can bet your ass that they will take action.

Dispute section is pathetic.

 

I see many threads that have been answered be about something that isn't very top-priority threads either, such as TwCs as well.

There are some moderate-priority threads there too. Most of the last page is still about scammer reports (and acc recoveries), for example.

 

To be perfectly honost, I think mods knew the work load involved in becoming a staff member of a forum with 250,000+ registered members Ofc not all are active but it just shows.

Scammers need the Ban Hammer and should not be left to scam

 

Man most of the RaS's threads that are ignored are because the poster doesn't follow the fucking rules. There's clearly an outline for reporting a scammer and rules for doing so, yet I constantly see MSN convo logs and random screenshots being thrown into a post.

Make it fucking clear for the mods to deal with and I'm sure they can easily breeze through them.

 

The mods could just easily say, "Read the stickies" but they are being totally ignored.

I see mods doing that, saying, "Read the stickies" or "Chat logs are not proof" or something along those lines, already with the most recent threads, I might add.

 

Well I think some are left to be seen by other mods as far as disputes go globals do that. Now in RaSc. We May need time to ask other mods or get more info.

I know for a fact I'm one of the most active. I take care of anything in the market from title chases and thread locking that is asked in a pm. Some scam reports also are Locke after banning and left there because the member can't move it.

 

Well in that case, I think a solution to this is post in the thread saying something along the lines of, "Getting info" or something so the original poster or other mods at least know that it is being paid attention to. Some of those threads don't even have a reply :/

Yeah it isn't so much about you that aren't doing them, but others that don't do them.
You are obviously one of the more active people there.

 

I tend to skip some scam reports for multiple reason. Most of the time it's due to them making a video of about 15 minutes long and my Australian internet freezing every 5 seconds, so it becomes incredible hard to watch video or they have the proof in an album, it's extremely annoying as the pictures take a lot longer than it should to view.

 

We will get them done when we get them done, sit tight.
