Doesn't mean that it is going to happen, outside of the rules of the forum you can't make your own rules. You can say, hey I don't want you doing this and I am going to be very upset. Rare names now-a-days are easy to get, you just have to transfer them.

Just transfer the rare name if person screws up or make it into maxed main, you won't get anyone banned.
