Contest details - Join the minecraft server, build the best structure in a 10x10 square, put your sythe and minecraft account name on a sign in front of it, and you can win 20 dollars or a minecraft gift code!
Rules - No tampering with other people's entrees
Follow all server rules present at /spawn
Must be within a 25x25 square in SpawnTown
The structure may not resemble anything inappropriate.
Disregard for the contest rules will result in disqualification.
Disregard for the server rules may result in jail time or a ban.

I'll try to participate, the server looks great so far. I saw it the other night. I'm going to try to get more active on it now that 1.8 is out. Thanks for all the work you've been putting into this.

 

No problem :> I just need to figure out how to create more usergroups besides administrator, is that a whole new app I have to download, or is that what the "permissions.yml" file for?

 

I'm pretty sure I could build something amazing, it's just I don't have the time at the moment, either way I'll come on now and again and see what's cooking .

Wow, great spawn point tbh. I'm in the server currently, and I'm going to participate. Just a question - Where can I build my 10x10 plot?

 

For now I would've thought build it somewhere close to the spawn, if it has be me moved then the admins can edit the map and transfer it somewhere else. I'll log in as well, but I doubt I'll have the time to build anything.

 

Just would like to say... FIRST to 64 diamond (legitimately mining)! Well... 75... but still x339 can confirm!

WHO BROKE THE SERVER?! If I lost my diamond I'm going to be so... Grrrr... Oh... it took me <1hr to find all that lol... nvm.

 

I found 4 blocks of Diamond pretty easy. You are right the server is down currently, when will it be back up?

As Moh said, his computer may have been turned off at home so he had to wait and see (although it looks like it's back up now).

Not sure if it was updated for the latest version, but it has readme/install directions in it... You can try it if you want. lol

 

We can give you any materials you want because the contest is creative based.

It should still be considered to change it to creative mode, while we are having this competition. It would be a lot easier, not just for the users, but also for the admins. I had to call you a few times within a short amount of time, because I need a few different resources... You could just switch it back to survival when the competition is over and reset everyones inventories. Then it would be normal again.
