The Rules (ToS):
Secure the email first: You MUST register your own email on the OSRS website BEFORE logging into the game client. If you log in first and trigger an IP-lock, I cannot help you.
Warranty: 30-day recovery warranty. Does not cover bans or Jagex Account linking.
