Just to give you a few tips/heads ups.
Some people won't buy without pics of login screen. Some other people won't buy without pics of bans/blackmarks screen. You want to block out your name and maybe a few stats so you don't get banned by JaGeX. 50m A/W is a bit high. 99 mining is worth around 30m and the other stats=around 2-3m. So I'D say 35m A/W would be better.
