Context:

Years ago I logged into these accounts for my friend Nicholas, who lived in Florida. Those logins are the reason those accounts share IP history with mine.

Nicholas has since passed away in real life. Because of that, there’s obviously no way for staff to clearly separate who performed which actions on those accounts. For that reason, I want to make this clear upfront:

I accept responsibility for any outstanding debts tied to those accounts, and any debts that may surface related to my own actions as well.

If staff identify any valid claims tied to those accounts or to me personally, I will repay them immediately. I am willing to repay in RSGP, BTC, LTC, SOL, ETH, Eldorado.gg Balance Transfer (if applicable), Skrill, or PayPal, depending on what works best for the claimant and what is allowed under Sythe rules.

I understand the responsibility that comes with shared IP history, and I’m not trying to avoid it.

I want this pardon to be completely transparent. I know staff value honesty over trying to sanitize the past.

OPSEC mistakes
Years ago I made several poor operational decisions. I allowed shared access to devices and accounts between myself and Nicholas, and I didn’t keep proper records of who logged into what.

At the time it didn’t seem like a big deal, but looking back it was careless and created confusion that could have easily been avoided with better boundaries and documentation.

Today I run my operations very differently and don’t allow any of that anymore.

Service delays (off-Sythe)
While building my trading operation years ago, there were some cases where services took longer than expected to complete. This mostly happened during periods where I was scaling quickly and didn’t yet have systems in place.

Every order was eventually either fulfilled or refunded, but the delays reflected poor structure on my end at the time.

As my business grew, I implemented much stricter procedures for deliveries, records, and customer communication.

Luring (2014/2016–2023)
This is something I want to address honestly.

From around 2017 through early 2023, a significant portion of my income came from luring players in RuneScape and selling the gold afterward. (I started in 2014, but didn't get heavy into RWT until 2016/2017.)

While this type of gameplay technically exists within RuneScape mechanics, I fully understand that it’s viewed negatively and can be considered predatory behavior.

To be completely transparent:

During that time I sometimes convinced players I had lured to buy gold from sites like ChicksGold or PieGP, then lured them for it afterward in the Wilderness or Dangerous Clan Wars.

In some cases I also used a script to tell players they could buy GP as an “entry fee” to join our luring team, which resulted in them being lured again.

This never involved targeting Sythe users directly. These were random RuneScape players encountered in-game.

But regardless, I still believe it’s important to be honest about it here.

In early 2023 I stopped luring entirely.

Since then I have focused strictly on legitimate RWT operations, primarily buying and selling gold and accounts with clear terms and proper documentation.

That shift ended up being the best decision I made. The business became more stable, more scalable, and much more sustainable.

DDoS involvement (2016)
When I was younger I also participated in some DDoS activity related to RuneScape luring team disputes. This happened around 2016.

None of this targeted Sythe infrastructure or anything related to the site itself. It was primarily related to luring clan drama at the time.

Still, it was immature behavior and something I would never engage in today.

Good-will commitment
Because of my past involvement in luring communities, there is always the possibility that someone from many years ago could resurface with a claim.

For that reason I want to publicly commit to the following:

If any legitimate claim tied to me or the IP-linked accounts surfaces and is verified by staff, I will repay it in full plus 10% immediately.

No arguments, no delays.

Detailed description of events and why I should be forgiven
Dear Sythe Staff and Community,

I’ve been DNT for several years now, and this is my sixth attempt at a pardon.

At this point I’m not trying to debate the past or minimize what happened. I’m simply trying to show how much time has passed, what has changed in my life, and why I believe I can participate in the community in a positive way today.

What originally happened
Years ago I mishandled a relatively small trade dispute involving roughly $137.

To be straight forward and blunt, I genuinely scammed him; there's no question about that.

That debt has since been repaid and documented. (As seen above)

I also logged into accounts belonging to my friend Nicholas, which created IP overlap and confusion between multiple accounts.

Regardless of the circumstances or intent, I understand that responsibility ultimately falls on me.

I accept that.

The time that has passed
It has now been over five years since those events.

In that time my entire life situation has changed. I went from being a young person making money in messy ways within RuneScape communities to building a legitimate online business centered around trading.

RWT became my full-time occupation, and I built it into something that operates across multiple marketplaces with a public reputation.

My current business
Across Eldorado and PlayerAuctions combined, I have now completed well over $100,000 in total sales.

Anyone who has operated at scale in the RWT market knows that maintaining that level of feedback requires consistency and professionalism.

Growth since my last pardon
Since my previous pardon attempt I have continued building my reputation in the market.

Some examples:

• Sold bulk GP to major gold sellers including: RPGStash, Searchy, Secnx and others

• Sold rare RuneScape names to established traders including Assassin

• Sold 10+ maxed 2277 OSRS accounts, each valued at $1,000+

• Completed hundreds of additional successful trades

Transactions of that size require trust on both sides. They simply do not happen repeatedly unless someone has demonstrated reliability over time.

Why I want to return to Sythe
Sythe has always been one of the most recognizable trading communities in the RuneScape scene.

Even while operating on other marketplaces, I’ve always considered Sythe a central hub for the industry.

I’m not asking to return just to make money.

I’m asking for the opportunity to participate in the community again as someone who now operates with much more structure and accountability.

How I run my operation today
Over the years I’ve developed systems that didn’t exist when I was younger.

Today my operation includes:

• Written delivery procedures
• Recorded proof for every transaction
• Order IDs and chat archives stored long term
• Refund policies and dispute procedures
• Post-trade follow-ups for higher value account sales

If something goes wrong in a trade, my standard approach is simple:

Resolve it immediately or refund.

That philosophy is what allowed me to maintain thousands of successful orders across multiple platforms.

I also keep roughly $3,000 in an emergency crypto wallet, as a buffer incase multiple large account sales were to have an issue at the same time (thankfully, I've never had to use these funds; but in the event for example two OSRS max capes I sold were recovered at the same time, 24/7 - 365; I'd have the funds to refund instantly.)

Over the years I’ve done business with a large number of well-known traders in the RuneScape RWT ecosystem. Many of these individuals or companies have completed large transactions with me and can speak to my reliability and professionalism in trading.

I’m listing them here simply to provide context around the scale of my activity in the market. If staff would like proof of any of these transactions, I’m happy to provide it privately.

Jacky — Personal friend for over 10 years. I sold Jacky large amounts of gold across both RS3 and OSRS over the years, easily totaling $25,000+ in GP, and likely closer to $30K–$50K if everything were counted. Jacky was one of the largest OSRS bulk gold buyers and sellers during the period he was active. He also introduced me to Assassin, which led to a few rare RSN sales.

One notable trade between us was a 115B RS3 GP deal (over $6,500 USD worth of gold) that I sold to him in a single transaction for Bitcoin. That remains the largest single trade I’ve personally completed. Trades of that size require a large amount of trust on both sides, and we completed multiple five-figure deals over time.

Spicy — Personal friend for roughly five years. Spicy helped me a lot with mindset and business development within the RWT space. During the RS3 Duel Arena era (around 2017–2018), I also ran staking accounts (“X’ers”) for him. He would regularly load these accounts with 5–10B+ RS3 GP at a time, trusting me to operate them. During that time those balances were often worth $1,000+ per account. I also sold him bulk gold across both RS3 and OSRS markets.

Runescapegoldmarkt — One of the largest Sythe donors and well-known gold shops. I conducted several thousand dollars worth of trades with them between 2015–2018. Funnily enough, I'm still friends with a lot of their OGs - I also knew several members of their staff personally during that time period and can provide those names privately if needed.

Yanlili — Sold roughly $10,000+ worth of RS3 gold in bulk to them around 2019.

Arcus / Bogla — Sold $10,000+ worth of GP to them before their shop closed. They were one of the larger gold shops operating during that period.

PieGP — Sold bulk RS3 gold to them from 2016 through 2024, totaling $20,000+ across multiple transactions.

Chris — Former Sythe OMM and a respected figure within the community. Chris is known for repaying one of the largest debts in Sythe history and rebuilding his reputation afterward. Over the years we traded various RuneScape-related assets including GP, accounts, and RSNs worth several thousand dollars in total. I believe he would be able to speak to my reliability in those transactions. We also became quite close friends, and even lured together on RS3 in 2017-2018. [When Chris was repaying his debt on Sythe, he mentioned that he lured sometimes to get money back to re-pay his debt's; I was luring with him during this time lol.]

Searchy — Sold large amounts of RS3 gold to him in bulk trades.

RPGStash — Sold bulk RS3 gold directly to them as well.

Assassin — Purchased several rare RuneScape names from me. He also helped facilitate and middleman a very large trade for me in the past.

EZRSGold — Sold bulk RS3 GP to them through their live chat purchasing system.

ChicksGold — Despite past disagreements with some members of their staff related to my luring history, I still conducted significant business with them over the years and sold hundreds of bills worth of RS3 gold to them.

Secnx — Sold him many billions of RS3 GP across multiple transactions.

All of the names above represent people or businesses that I have conducted large-scale trades with over the years, often involving thousands of dollars or billions of GP at a time.

I’m including them here simply to demonstrate that my trading history extends well beyond a single marketplace, and that many established traders in the ecosystem have trusted me in significant transactions.

If staff want to verify any of these references, I am happy to provide screenshots, trade logs, or other documentation privately.

Probation conditions
I understand that rebuilding trust takes time.

I’m willing to accept any reasonable conditions staff believe are appropriate, including:

• Temporary TWC
• Trade limits during probation
• Mandatory middleman usage for large trades
• Public terms and refund policies
• Check-ins with staff if requested

I’m not asking for special treatment — only the chance to prove myself.

Nicholas & responsibility
Since Nicholas is no longer here to explain anything himself, I want to repeat one final time:

If any debt tied to those accounts appears and is verified by staff, I will repay it immediately.

Where I am today
RWT is my full-time livelihood. I'm running my Eldorado, PlayerAuctions; as-well as private off site trading via Discord. I also help run some other stores of other large RWTers behind the scenes (sourcing accounts, GP -etc).

If I handled disputes today the way I did years ago, I would not still be operating.

The thousands of positive reviews I’ve accumulated were built one customer at a time, and maintaining that reputation is now my highest priority.

My commitments going forward
If approved:

• I will follow all Sythe rules and any additional conditions set by staff
• I will maintain professional communication with buyers and staff
• I will resolve disputes quickly and transparently
• I will ask staff before acting in any grey areas
• I will donate $200–$300+ to Sythe as a good-faith contribution

I genuinely regret the mistakes that led to my ban.

All I can do now is show through my actions that I operate differently today.
