Dialatic's Ban? [Banned by: Karl]

I was just banned again because "Karl reviewed your old ban dispute and it's worthy of a ban".

After that ban dispute was settled, Peppered (the guy who filed it) even admitted that it might not have been me who did it. He was very mature and said that someone else may have had access as well.

Again, I had received permission to make this new account, and I will not post anywhere else but this very thread.

The reason my IP is different is because I'm on vacation in Canada, staying at my grandparents at the moment.

Giddy also said I wasn't guilty.. Why am I being banned for it?

Edit: I have been banned 3 times in the past for this incident too. I did not scam this guy.

Karl doesn't know the case.

Why are you staking the exact amount that was stolen?

Also, I assume that Giddy's unban was due to the fact that he didnt drop your items, which is a ridiculous proposal for not enough evidence.

 

What? I had over 700m at that point. I never stole that 350m...

You're saying that if someone collects Santa hats, then is accused of scamming one, and then he tries to sell one, he scammed it? Your logic makes no sense.

 

You got the 350m for free, hence why you dont mind risking it by boxing.

And to be honest, it makes perfect sense.

 

It makes perfect sense that it was half of my current cash pile so it was what I was willing to risk.

If I scammed 350m, why would I make a thread about having an additional 350m, and going to box with it? I have a few threads of staking pictures with me winning over 300m, which makes sense as well.

 

It actually doesn't make much sense. This looks way too situational to ban for, and having read the old report, I agree with Clash & Giddy's judgment on this case.

 

This really is very situational. The whole report was.

I fully admit that I logged on to the guys account, but it had nothing of value really. He had even admitted after that it may not have been me who did it (after the first dispute was settled and I was unbanned).

Karl should have private messaged me or something about it, or Peppered, and discussed it with us other than go out on a limb and ban me for it.

And like I previously stated, 700m was my cash pile that I made from staking/services. I was only dicing with half of it, which is where 350m came from. It never even clicked in that I was accused of scamming 350m, and that it would look suspicious. Why would I make a thread knowing that I scammed 350m, saying that I had 350m extra?
