What quest is necessary? (Is it pure friendly?) Can this be botted? Is it guaranteed 15m/h? (could you get consistently 15M every hour you did this?)

The quest is a vital part of the method.
ATM it cannot be botted I am working on an rsbuddy script for it though that will remain private.
You can use a pure for the quest as long as you meet the other requirements.
I put 15 mill an hour as it can take up to 3 hours to buy the items needed. After you have all the items you will make around 90 mill an hour from then on consistently. So 3 hours of buying 1 hour of doing. If you have faster ways to buy the items required you will make more than 15 mill an hour.
It is a long quest.

The answer is no, because after I tell you the quest that needs to be done more than likely you are going to tell me you want to do the quest and everything first and I don't feel like waiting 6 hours to get my money for something I gave you on the spot. We can use a OMM of your choice.

 

You cannot sell for a cheaper price in return for a "nice post of your guide." Nobody can promise a good review for your guide.

 

I do not think you understood was I getting at.
By a good review I want someone do give a detailed review, not a fake review.

In order for you to see if it worked you would need to do a quest and meet all requirements. I have proof of it working within the guide.
Why not use an OMM?

Does the quest require a lot of prequests? and I have done many quests on my account..

As to the OMM, that would make it be worth 25M. If you wanna pay for OMM fees, I'm happy to use one.
