Use the "Edit" button instead of double posting.

Also, forcing people to use certain templates isn't right..
It's already a rule that people need stats / log in / offense screen of the account.

Forcing people to have a certain template to sell an account is just dumb. I have no idea why this would be added.

    No support.

I agree with Lym. Seeing as half the people don't follow the stickies to begin with do you think they're really going to follow a formatted template? Also the way you layout the information for the account on your thread is totally up to you and stricter limitations in my opinion would just lead to less and less account sales. It's up to the buyer what they purchase so why shouldn't it be up to the seller in how they choose to "advertise" the account they're selling.

Is this format a rule? Is it? No so you dont need to fill a format to do so, don't get me wrong I'm not against the format you suggest, in fact is more organized, but you cannot put as an standard for every account sale.. Why? Because there is not only main for sales and just taking one example
Name traders, do they care about levels? Quest? They care about the name... Even if you are reselling it or not they just care abou the name and if you are relaiable or not, another point is that well maybe if you simplify your exam it would be easy to fill each time and ppl wont get tired while reading making posting a thread for selling an acount

And don't act as if you got the answer for all our problem with a questionary listing what people is complaining about and try to improve, don't start a fight for this

Alright so I realize now that sythe users simply don't care about any information above and beyond what is absolutely nessesary and that account sellers don't want to post any information aside from say a picture, and instead they'd rather just have people PM them about it, also I do thank you spots13, yours was the only reply that was true constructive criticism, So I changed the format based on the input of the replies.

as I see you edited you account selling format this one is actually much better than the past one, why?
    1) the given optional for the introduction/reason for selling gives this thread something to discuss whether is needed to be optional or not (personally I think is something you got to post just for common sense but having it in an organized format gives some parameters to the people who lack of redaction capacities)

    2) the ability to choose what extra given information in a sell in my personal opinion is just given when the users asks for it if they are interested so for me that should be the optional one.

    3) nevertheless it is quite similar to the one that is in fact a rule, but having and standard organization for everything makes think much more easy to find

that is my opinion, but I'd like to hear someone else opinion for this to be discussed and not flamed, as flaming leads no where

While I understand and somewhat agree with having standard templates, there are a few issues with that.

First, we have to stop holding our users' hands. If a thread looks like crap and doesn't have all of the information you want as a buyer, either ask for the information or don't buy from them. If they don't post a picture of recoveries or something, and you're dumb enough to buy the account and get scammed, it's your own fault.

Second, templates are largely unenforceable and tedious to manage. Our mods have enough work to do, let alone having them go through each thread to check it conforms to a template.

We've debated making some technical changes to require certain information but it turns into a complicated mess. Perhaps in the future we'll look into coding a different form for certain sections or something. At this point, however, users have to be careful, look out for themselves, and be responsible for their actions and decisions.
