    I've replied and waiting on your response.

    As to how this decision has been made.

    If the seller was selling accounts they had the ability to recover then I'd have the value of the account still.

    The reason I no longer have the account is due to the sellers incompetence. Yet they aren't being held account at all.

    This ruling will encourage others to sell cheap accounts in bulk regardless of the authenticity or the recovery stats of the account.

    Simply because if they sell them the only punishment will be to refund the value of that 1 account.

    I'm amazed at how this report has been handled.

    I tried contacting Griff to refund him but he did not reply.

    @Antonio Kala will be receiving a TWC for bad trading practice as his TOS was not valid, he failed to unlock the account, and the assistance with the locked account was deemed to be poor.

    For clarification, the refund went to the community repayment wallet as @Griff was evading multiple bans and has multiple debts.
