Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision:
The issue occurred because I did not inform the client before the purchase that I am not the original owner directly. However, I had already clarified this in my server under the accounts section. I was not aware that it was necessary to state this explicitly to the client in the ticket. Nevertheless, I will make sure to follow this requirement in future transactions. I will clearly inform the client whether I am the original owner or not, while also clarifying the warranty period specified by Sythe, which is one month.
