Doki_RS is a scammer

This shop scammed me out of 100m in my GIM items and then kicked me from discord. His discord link is no longer active. Be aware!

 

I opened a ticket today in 3cheese/Deez wox discord server.
this is his shop on scythe: ⭐Dyces GIM Shop⭐Lowest Prices and Highest Paying GIM Shop!⭐ BLUE Helm Friendly

Upon opening a ticket to sell my GIM items: a person from the ticket dmed me to help with trade: we agreed to terms for my items and i asked to continue in ticket and we proceeded.

After I dropped him my items I was immediately kicked from 3cheese/Deez wox discord server and could not rejoin, i tried on multiple accounts to regain access:

I posted on scythe right away, and since i couldnt regain access to the discord channel i went to sleep.


I was able to regain access later today and speak with the owner of the discord:

Upon speaking with 3cheese, he claims that doki was able to to do an exploit to gain access to his tickets. And he doesnt know how that was possible.
He claims that the original ticket i opened was deleted and that he doesnt have access to it.
How is it my fault that when i open a ticket, in his server that Doki is able to talk in it (mather of fact talk to anyone in tickets) if hes not part of staff.

3cheese claims that doki is a "known scammer" and that he reported him today on scythe. 3cheese would not provide me any proof of his scam report. even tho i asked him multiple times:

3cheese/Deez woox let "a known scammer" as he says have access to tickets and to his server with the ability to delete tickets and kick people.
he now says that he doesnt have access to the "deleted tickets" and he paid someone else out claiming to be me.
I asked him what proof they provided of them being "me" and he just "trusted him".
he asked me for proof (that was in the ticket) but did not do so for the person he claims to have paid out.

It is my belief that Doki and 3cheese are in collusion to scam peoples items.

3cheese/Deez woox gave Doki ( a known scammer) as he says permissions/roles in his server so that doki could boost his server. which makes absolutely no sense. i can boost his server without any special role/permissions.

3cheese/Deez woox said that he never gave doki ability to access tickets (in our convo), which completely contradicts the above post in his discord server.

here are the screenshots of my full convo with 3cheese:
you will see him not answer me directly, try to change the subject on my points, claim that doki somehow backdoored his way into his ticketing system, claim that he doesnt have acces to the tickets anymore, admit that the person in his tickets with clients is a "known scammer", refuse to provide proof of his scam report on doki, gaslight me and claiming that i am doki, and said that he already paid someone out claiming to be me (while that person provided no proof his order) and more just suspect stuff throughout these messages.

Mods please refer to my post about this. In the first picture in this thread you can clearly see he sent a DM to doki rs and did not open up a ticket in my server. This is the second account claiming the same thing and I believe this to be doki rs as he is demanding payment from me for him to stop defaming my name. If I am found at fault I will issue a reimbursement for the items he is claiming he lost.

he sent me a DM and forwarded the message from the ticket in the dm.

like i said i believe these two are colluding to scam people, they may be the same person.

 

it makes absolutely no sense to give someone roles/permssions in your server just for them to boost it. and now they have access to client tickets.

I will respect whatever decision the mods come to without argument. If they deem a refund should be issued I have no problem with that.

It is clearly stated in my servers Terms of service to not handle any shop related things in a DM and that there are only two people to handle anything related to the discord which then provides both usernames and their UID.

I truly believe DNAonDMT to be working with Doki rs to get items from me. Mods please just let me know what you decide so we can get this all squared away.

If it is decided that DNAonDMT is in the wrong/when this is all taken care of, to please have all his posts on my vouch/postings threads removed, Thank you.

 

there was a ticket opened, i proceeded with the transaction in the ticket as i stated multiple times. you gave doki perms/roles in your server. eben tho you say hes "a known scammer".
why would you give a scammer roles in your discord and access to client tickets.
he dmd me and i asked for us to proceed in the ticket as it clearly shows.

you were in the ticket too, why would you allow a scammer to have access to my ticket and give me directions. its so dumb.

 

Its very simple mods:

Either hes the biggest dumbass in the world to give "a known scammer" as he said permissions/roles/control in your server, to have access to clients private business transactions.

or hes a scumbag, thief,scammer himself who is stealing peolples shit.

The DNT is going to be removed once this is solved correct? Like I have said many times already if I am somehow found at fault I do not have any issue providing him the items he is claiming was scammed by DOKI rs, To my knowledge doki was only supposed to have permissions to invite people and add discord bots. I granted you access to the server audit feel free to look through it

the original trade agreement was for my masori chaps (fortified), 1k rev ether, soulflame horn, aranea boots. from my GIM. for armadyl crossbow and rangerboots

 

those are the items that were scammed
