Most efficient way to train a level 3 to around 70/70/65?

I'm planning on opening an account shop soon which will include a maxed Level 113 boxer. I'm not quite sure though what the quickest and most efficient way to train an account from level 3 to around 70/70/65 would be. From around those stats I can train them up pretty easily. I want to make these maxed boxers as fast as possible so I can maximize my profit. What do you guys think is the best strategy to use to train a level 3 to around 70/70/65 if I make it a member right away? Money for gear would not be an issue, I can afford the best gear possible. Also, I don't plan on doing any quests on these accounts for combat training spots unless they are easy and quick to complete. Thanks in advance for any advice.

crabs honistly, or find other places that people bott and just camp them for a while, perfect fighter is a good script if your looking for sciprts to use as well but crabs are allways a decent place to train, maybe hill giants?
