What is the runescape market for gold looking like right now

Is it looking to drop a few more cent's or raise some, because im interested about getting into the market.. i just wanna time it right if im buying it in bulk, also what is the price's looking at for buyer's nowadays.. thank's alot for reading this thread and hopefully giving a reply.

its going down and will continue to do so. Too many people bot frosts ect so econemy is going down=less profit/h, way to many ppl sell rsgp.10 frost drag bots =about 5m/h or 60-120m/d+

 

If you're planning to merch rsgp you've to deal with the follow:

- Stock (starting capital):
Prices are going down slowly. It won't be very smart to keep a stock over 10B. Just start buying 100M and re-sell. With the money you make from it you could buy new stock and so on.

- Reputation:
Since you're new it's difficult to start a gp service. People would buy from trusted users first. I suggest using a MM or go first to people you trust. When you've made a good trade ask for a vouch from the buyer. more vouches will get you more trusted. People are willing to go first to you when you're trusted enough for them.

- Fees:
Every payment method you're able to use will calculate a fee per payment. Make sure you calculate it in your gp prices as well.

I suggest you do some research before going on the market. There're several threads about this subject. Just use the search button and find some useful threads.

It's really stable it seems like. I think it's dropped a couple of cents lately in buying, but some people are still paying a good price.

Also, you really don't want to get into the market. You have very little post count, recent join date, etc; which means most people won't sell gold to you. If they do, you'll have to do with wu or something for every payment with an omm. It's really not a good idea for you to join the gold market. I mean you can try, but you'd be better off gold farming and selling to a reseller or just gold farming and sell it off yourself until you gain some rep then try your hand out at reselling. Take it from somebody who knows mate.

 

i personally think it went up(i go by PA)

there used to be a lot of people selling at .50 now it doesn't seem like you can get .50 but then again... the buying price is dropping because people are getting greedy -.- viou is the only person that will pay .45 anymore.

 

it seems to be stable around .45 - .55 here on sythe, alot of people sell it .50

 

Gold doesn't rise, It falls, trust me, the inflation of the gold in runescape is by far higher than the dollar's

 

Thank you all for your great reply's i understand about the new thing, and i have already taking that into account when making this thread, i was mainly looking for my own personal use at the moment, but once i get more vouch's etc.. hopefully may start up my own gold business, until then you can count this thread closed, once again thank you all for your amazing replys!
