So I went to pick up a $230ish payment today and the agent said that they had to call WU just because I've sent money today and I've done ALOT of WU activity these past few weeks, and WU is meant for people sending money to relatives/friends etc, not for people you can't "pick out of a line".

I had already sent like 3 payments today valued at about $2300 total and they were all approved.

So now I've been trying to contact WU by phone and email but haven't really had it solved, was told to write in a letter but do not want to wait days for a response.

Anyways - when I do come into contact with WU, what should I say to 1. Sound beleivable and 2. Continue to be able to use WU to pay?

~ Thanks, would like input from those with my problem.

There's no reason to post if you "guess" that's why it happened. He doesn't need assumptions, he needs facts on how to fix it.
