I have this vaporizer, its considered one of the best for its price range.

Technically a Bongs and Pipes are "Smoking Devices", Of which the purchase and use of are not necessarily illegal. What is being smoked out of them doesn't need to be tobacco or marijuana therefor breaking no rule i can see.
