Yes, Amazon is like paypal in that you can fall victim of a chargeback

 

From my understanding it's like WU for friends and family. I don't even thing you can chargeback. I may be wrong though, just have never had to.

It's nothing like WU and you can easily chargeback, you had this thread for months and found no seller for obvious reasons. If you were serious about buying you would of found another way to pay via credit card, i.e. Western Union, MoneyGram, Playerauctions. You say you can't use PA but last time I check you can pay with credit card there.
