--Trade with caution. We were talkin details on MSN when he claimed his PP account is German & does not have a personal/gift option. Which to me doesnt sound right, but honestly cant say for sure cause dont have a German account or know any1 that does to confirm this--

 

Google "Germany PayPal Gift" and a lot of results come up about people asking questions about whether a gift option in Germany is true.

I'm not saying he's automatically legit, just that it might be true that a gift option doesn't exist. :idea:

 

I can post a screenshot if is needed to see i dont have personal option .

 

Aus/Uk/Japan/China/Saudi/US/Canada all have gift options why would Germany be the only country not bound to Paypals terms of service #1.

#2 Ill do it if wanna do Purchase of Goods, but will require an adress to send an invoice to for "Seller Protection" . Other then that gift is what any legit Buyer/Seller uses & requires.

Not necessarily, mods take a long time to actually ban someone + I dont think the report has been submitted.

 

I submitted one. He tried to pay me yesterday with the same Paypal account being reported in the other thread. Luckily we have anti-fraud systems in place and I refunded the payment.
