Looking for a level 3...

LEVEL 3 ONLY.

Willing to negotiate on a level 15 with 99 prayer (or in the making) This is the only exception

I will increase my offer if the level 3 has:
*Holiday items BEFORE 2006.
*9 hit points.

I would prefer the account to have a nice total but not necessary if they meet the above criteria.
I will pay in RSGP.
I do not want any combat stat to be above level one.

Responded to your post earlier to check for other holiday items on your 9 hp account. The only thing keeping me from buying it right now is the 2 str. :/

 

yea i get that...lol dont know what happened there, but it just makes up for the 9HP i guess....doesnt really affect it at all...if you have no luck gimme a shout.
