All those who are "stalling" round 1 and not replying have 48 hours from now to reply to the PM I have sent out to them or they will be disqualified from the tournament and their opponent will be advanced to the next round. These users are: whatever29, Omeh, Life Dealer, Farcast & inpherus.

If you have any other problems with users stalling, please let me know and I will deal to them the same way with the round 1 stallers.

9-16 is the equivalent of making it to the 3rd round. If you make it to round 3, you will be =16th equal and are guaranteed at least a 9th-16th prize.
