    Proof that it's their Discord: I know that they will say that it was imposter or there is no proof that it was them. But I am sure that nobody in their Dc can create/enter their clients tickets and when its needed to close it. Everything happend in their Dc, just “Ravens” name changed while the deal was happening.
    Explanation of the trade: was about to make a deal of rsps gold for osrs gold. I traded 450m osrs, then he started saying that we have to make bigger deal. When I disagreed to it, the ticket was closed, I couldnt enter it. Screenshots below.
    How they scammed: just took my osrs 450 cash and closed the ticket. Then in new ticket pretended it was imposter.
    So I know for a fact it was them, just wanted to share my experience with these “services”.
    Never ever again Im doing anykind of deals in such kind of osrs/rsps dc servers, I guess its a lesson for me to stay on 100% leggit sites for contacting stuff (e.g sythe site I guess)

    Based on the screenshots provided, it appears that the scammer created a Discord thread and added you to it by tagging you.
    This is a well known scam method. Scammers exploit this function if it is not disabled by a Discord server.
    If you inquired about gold or opened a ticket previously, scammers could have seen it, possibly using plugins on an unofficial Discord client.

    I will keep this thread open so you can reply if you would like.
    However, for now, I will change the thread title, and I ask that you not edit it.

    I guess I dont know the possibilities of Dc…
    If these kind of “service” providers cant disable simple function which you mentioned (easily done I assume) then they leave them self a place to exploit their dc server under other accounts and once in a while post that there sometimes appear an imposter. I understood my misstake (never using these servers again for an actual deals).
    To summ up, I am 99.9% sure that it was them under an “immposter”, just want to make sure that this case reach atleast some users of Sythe.

    @Kepal, I'm sorry for your loss once again. Unfortunately, scams evolve, and scammers look for every opportunity to exploit vulnerabilities.

    Thank you for reporting this imposter scam on Sythe, anyway. Hopefully, more people will be aware of it and be less likely to fall victim to it.

    Regarding your accusations against the server owner, I understand your suspicions given that someone scammed you, but there is no proof to support them. This type of scam is relatively new but has been reported a few times.

    I encourage Discord server administrators to take safety measures as well.
