It is very tragic, amazing that two were able to survive, hopefully they pull through.

    Charlie B from rsbots.net? :p

Well, the 2 survived, but it is till yet. I am searching on internet for any information about those who survived.

They both today were transported to Moscow(?) for better conditions and medicine. The flight engineer Sizov has 15 percent of his body burnt, but he have received many hits including to his head. Sizov is in better situation, hockey player Alexandr Galimov health is stabilized, but it is still crytical.

    We hope for best.

    No relation.

OT: I cannot even begin to imagine how it would feel to lose your entire hockey team. As a player, I will be the first one to say, a hockey team is like a family. You see them every day, you talk about anything with them, there's almost no comparison.

    It is extremely tragic.

The hockey player that survived has gotten 90% of his body burned.
Prayers, and wishes that he would pull through with many of those burns, hopefully he will.

To me, seeing that happen, is just tragic.
I follow hockey like a religion, I watch my fellow Russian players, Russian TV, Hockey, and I root for my Home team here in the US, but always root for Russian otherwise.
Seeing this happen upsets me, and shows that all technology, all sorts of mechanical equipment, must be thoroughly checked to make sure something like this doesn't happen.

President Medvedev suggested buying airplanes from other countries.
So this may end Russia's production of airplanes, at least for now, they will buy planes. Until the can make sure, run tests, etc... so that something like this doesn't happen again.

    Yes :( a great player. R.I.P. Galimov
