    My member ship just ended and i wont be getting it for 1 week or so,
    I am on Rsbuddy VIP status and wondering what bot should i just run for the sake of it during the day/night.. anything helps so please :)

    Will that get me banned, and is the ban rate low on dung even if you're f2p ?

    On F2P the ban rate is high!
    No matter what script you use, you will most likely get caught and banned.
    I recommend you either play legit, take a break and have fun with your account, or just go questing.

    Trout/salmon fishing barbarian village in w1. I did this 24/7 on my main for a week while waiting for members. I also saw another person botting there for well over a week straight almost and no bans.

    The only thing that is good to bot in f2p has to be trout and salmon at barb village. Try that out untill you can renew your membership.
