    Need Help Thinking of a Word...
    Sorry if this is in the wrong section, move it to the proper one if it isn't, please.

    What's the name of the political system in which an item is deemed necessary, or not depending on its usefulness in everyday life.

    I hope that my definition is not too obscure, I'm usually shit at explaining stuff.

    the definition needs better wording :/ i dont think there is any political system in which an item is deemed necessary.
