How To: Take a Screenshot on a Mac And Put it on Sythe.

Many new mac users may think the operating system does not have this feature because there is not a specific key on the keyboard for it. I am going to show you how to do it, and where the screenshot will appear.

Step 1.
Open up whatever page you want to screenshot. Don't sorry about hiding the cursor as it won't show up in the picture.

Step 2.
Press Command + Shift + 3. This is modeled below.



Step 3.
Go to the desktop. It should be in the next open spot, when a new row forms it forms to the left. If it is not there look in the top right corner, when your desktop is full of icons they stack in this position.

Step 4.
Head over to tinypic or a picture uploading site of your choice. Upload it than get the link.

Step 5.
Add the link to whatever you need! If you need it as a picture add the tags

Good, simple guide.
Mac users, especially new ones always need guides to get started. Everything's different when converting from a pc.

Just saying there is a special app fir this.
Applications>Utilities>Grab
Lets you take a shot of a specific bit of the screen and save it and stuff. Much better.

Had to google this like a month ago when I finally got a Mac.

 

Note that command+shift+4 lets you drag the portion of the screen which you wish to take a screenshot of, instead of having to crop in Paint like on windows.
