paypal dispute

Hey, i was scammed today, so i opened a dispute a few hours ago, i just went back to see it and there seems like there is no open disputes. I tried to open one again and it said i already got one open.

 

You have to wait for it to process through their system, and for them to contact the seller/buyer/other person.

It will not be instant.
But it should show up after 24 hours if not before.
I have opened up disputes before, some took 72 hours to process :/

File a chargeback with your Credit Card company.
Say PayPal was wrong, they're being ignorant.
"Intangible." - Technically I could find some pictures of a computer/system/item/etc... and post it on eBay, get paid, and it would be intangible, as the item didn't exist.

Call your Credit Card company or tell your bank you want to dispute a transaction, the one on your PayPal, stating that you never received the goods.

Do you have a bank account attached to it?
Go through that.
Or give PayPal a call and explain that you bought "Game Card" or something and item was never received.
