Banned.

Hello to whoever reads this,

I was recently banned for account interaction with the account 'Guus Vog3l5'.
In my opinion, I don't think I've done something wrong. Yes, we have vouched each other, but I especially put in my vouch thread that I know him in real life, and all of the services are legit. I have sold him 10M, trained his account up multiple times, and done everything else stated in the vouches.

I see I also have been 'awarded' the TwC rank. If you guys feel that's necessary, I'll just be fine with it.

I'm awaiting your answer, and would appreciate if you look into this.

Also, if you decide to go ahead and keep me banned, which I would accept (though I'd be sad), I'd like to ask whoever gives the final answer a favor. Can that person tell JohnK I'm out of the Connect 4 tournament?

The trades were not noted as IRL friends, and look to be intentionally deceptive. However, looking at your more recent vouch thread, your case will be considered.

First there's a banned account on your IP that you need to explain, so will leave this open for now.

Sacro told me the banned account was 'Jelsoft Enterprises'. I know pretty much all odds are against me, but I have no need to lie: I haven't ever seen/been on that account. I traced some of his posts, and saw he accepted WU. I'm not 18, and therefore cannot accept WU. If maybe FireZ has had a legit WU trade with this person, It'll be a way to see it's not me. Also I found the company Jelsoft Enterprises; it's at the bottom of the Sythe homepage. Doesn't really matter, just striked me.

About the same IP thing; I don't know if this is possible, but if it is, you can see Guus was on the computer downstairs, and I was browsing on my computer upstairs. He told me this guy needed questing, and I posted. I saw his post, but didn't realize that's a wrong act. At the time, we legitly shared 'my' questing service, because Guus doesn't really enjoy browsing Sythe as much as I do, and I have more trust. We told all our customers if Guus handled the services (ask Dave., he's used our services multiple times and knows of Guus). I never did that questing by the way.

Also, about those vouches; I don't think I am responsible for whether Guus or Jller put the vouches in a special section of their vouch thread saying 'IRL acquaintances', although I strongly advised them to. The first one was never used by me as a vouch, if I'm correct.

For me, the biggest struggle is the banned account. I'm not really a technician, but is there any way to post from someone's IP without actually being on that IP? Are you certain that user was on my HOME IP, or if I maybe were on their IP (My nephews are also into the blackmarket, but they could be quite sketchy tbh.)?

I'd just like to point out that Mill3n's registration IP and the IP on this post http://sythe.org/showpost.php?p=8853403&postcount=20 come up with the exact same geolocation results.

That was posted from his registration IP, so that would lead me to believe that it happened at his home.

 

Actually, the account was "Jelsoft Enterprices" - whoever it was had trouble spelling, but presumably meant to impostor the company Jelsoft Enterprises.

You only have to be 16 to use WU; I'll ask FireZ if he still has any information about the transaction.

Do you know any of your nephews' Sythe accounts?

I don't know their Sythe names. I'll be at their house on Sunday, so I'll report after that.

I don't know how accurate the Geolocation is, but I live in a small town called 'Helmond', The Netherlands, and my house and those of Jller and Guus are close by. If you need addresses, I can provide them.

Also, I hope you do not think Guus or Jller are just accounts of mine. For starters, they log on on their home IPs more often than they do on my IP (Jller at least, Guus isn't that active at home, but it'll still be a difference).
Dave. can provide you with the evidence that Guus actually is a real person, as he's talked to him on Skype a couple of times. I can provide you with IPs if necessary, anything you want.

I was wrong. My nephews do not have any Sythe accounts. Did you hear anything from FireZ yet? I'm really anxious to get back :S

 

As there is no solid evidence, apart from the IP, linking you to the banned account, and you did - belatedly - annotate your vouches, I have decided to acquiesce to your request to be unbanned.

However, the TWC will remain until such time as it is deemed safe to remove.

Furthermore, I expect that you and your IRL friends will not exchange any further vouches.
