    This is what I suspect. Most machines will have an engravement/sticker that says weight is 50% lighter then indicated.

    Nice built up dude! But do tell me are the supplements so necessary to get you in shape, or just the workout will do. ;)

    I'm not fat, but I do work out regularly.
    I want my abs to be visible even when they're not under some special lighting.

    What exercises can I do at home (including running and jump rope outdoors) that will help me achieve my goal?

    And what should I eat?
    Please recommend me common food that I can just get at a local cvs or a supermarket :eek:

    jumproping for cardio is always good and running do both regularly, for abs you can do crunches, oblique workouts, some examples are leg raises for lower abs, something similar to leg raises called suit cases. I know teh moves but some names are unclear so you would have to look up ab workouts.

    as for eating, cut the carbs is #1 and no bread. raw nuts, apples, celery [VERY good], spinach is very good too...any greens, salads and stuff like that is low in carbs and very good for you, also for stuff like breakfast instead of a bagel or something try getting a cereal called "Go Lean" by Kashi...its about 30g of carbs in 1 cup which is ehh kinda ok but the thing is its good carbs and everything else in the cereal is healthy for you. you can get that form trader joes, but eat 1cup of cereal with 1 cup of milk in teh morning u dont really wanna exceed that, and trust me u get used to it. so pretty much cut carbs, and stay away from red meat like steak or something and have more of grilled chicken or fish/raw fish. Any more questions about food or anything feel free to PM me!

    Nice one. I was getting a bit fat too(stomach), started to go to gym, will work with my body more.

    Have a lot of plans what to do. Probably will make some diary also, with some pictures or so and will public at the moment when I will see a difference which I will like.

    Good luck, nice job, but do not stop, keep going.

    Cutting on carbs? But I'm a Korean! :D
    Rice is our main food.

    But yeah, never really finished an entire bowl before.
    And I always eat cereal in the morning

    raw nuts, meh
    apples, hmm
    celery?

    aww yeah, sounds good.

    How's canned tuna though? Never really minded eating a single can for dinner.

Went from 172lbs to 180 lbs and my stomach has increased much much more! i havent checked bf % but im pretty sure its not good. Hopefully gna get a car this weekend so I will definately start training everyday from now on if i can.

    My coach has a fight on Oct 22nd. so my new goal is to drop down to 170lbs by then.

    Wish me luck guys!

    Dropping 10lbs in a month is reasonable, especially since you've already been close to that weight. You can do it DG4L. :) I expect an update in 2 weeks saying you're at 175lbs!

    Ok DG4L, it's been more then 2 weeks - how's the weight loss coming??

    -----

    Update: So the weight gaining thing isn't really working out. I haven't been dedicated to taking gainer shakes everyday and thus I've only gained about 8lbs. I'm not sure where I want to go from here. On the positive side:

    Bench Press: 160->175lbs
    Curling: ?->40lbs
    Deadlift: 205->235lbs

    I expect to hit my curling/deadlift goal by the end of the month. Bench press on the other hand may take an additional month or 2; 225lbs is a lot. X| Do you guys want me to post a before/current picture so you can see how sexy I am? :p
