Will i ever be able to request a refund?

Hey,
So i got scammed by dorki (Doki_RS Scammer)
he is now banned, but my account is not 6 months old, ive never had any DNT and willl never have any type of ban, i read the refund policy as well, but i am curious once my account is 6 months old, which is a bit far away from now, will i then be able to request the refund for the 170$?
or if the scam happened before your account is 6 months u will not be able to request the refund?

the rules states that once your account is 6 months old and the report at least 2 months old, you may request the repayment.

Depending on rolls/amount available, the repayment can br maxed at 100$/roll.
But be aware that those repayments pccur pnly 1-2 times per year, so this may take a while anyway.

i did dispute, but doki zent me ziad's paypal who is owner of OnlyPurples
ziad responded to the dispute, that is how i noticed it was their paypal, and i joined purple service discord, had a talk with ziad, at first i refused to cancel the dispute, because i never received what i paid for, ziad was not happy with this decision, because he did already paid dorki the gp, therefor i accepted the loss and canceled the dispute, whether this was a right decision or not i am not sure of, but i felt bad for ziad as well, i was the one who got scammed if i didnt cancel the dispute and got the money back it wouldve been ziad who paid for it. so yeah i am not sure if this means i will ever be able to request for a refund or what, but ive kept all the proof and its in the scam report as well.
