New pc for bots help

Hey guys i cant do this properly as im on my ps3 since my laptop broke Im looking at this pc, HP G5245NL - AMD Athlon II X4-635/4GB/1TB/Radeon HD5450 1GB , i cant copy the specs list.. It costs 400euro which is my budget, i will also upgrade the ram .. Do you think this will be ok to run a few bots and play TF2? Thanks

That Pc you've described will be able to run TF2. As for the bots, don't know how many.

Lol... no. Do you know what a AMD Athlon II X4-635 is? its a quad core.

my dual core 2.13ghz laptop can run 4.

OP you should be able to run easily 10+

 

I think 10 is being optimistic, yes its a quad core but its a relatively low end one in today's standards (has a small cache). I could be wrong as i haven't had much experience with AMD processors. OP should just test it out.

 

It Is a quad core at 2.9ghz. I am using dual core 3.0ghz processors for my botting computers and I can run 6 rsbuddy bots at around 60% CPU usage. His processor is double mine.

Just because it got double the cores, doesn't mean it adds up to double the performance. And when it comes to processors its not all about clock speed.>_<

 

The AMD has the same l2 cache as my processor. and almost the same clock speed. a .1ghz isnt going to be noticed.

once again.......... if my pentium 4 dual core 3.0ghz can run 6 rsbuddy bots at 60% cpu usage then that quad is going to run 10+ easily.
