I made that thread to ask if I would be able to get unbanned after I find money to refund h1j2q3...

Just asking again as a yes/no answer

I did not dispute the payment, my account was limited because it was new and all the payments were held then reversed as h1j2q3 told me... I'm clearly banned right now for that but I'm asking again if once I manage to find the money from selling my RS accounts I would be able to get unbanned
