smudge the kid cudi render first all around, then add it wid lil bit of smudge, then add the c4d's with less opacity and add gradient maps

Still have not made one for me. Well it is okay, you do not need to, but if you want, no problems. Maybe I will like it a lot.

 

Ive been attempting it every opening i had, i have a hour break between classes and each time i tried something new each time it came out like shit, i need a really good tut to start me off...just like these sigs i started with tuts not i dont need it, but still need a tut for texts

Sure, just remember what u want cuz as of right now i got to hold off on making sigs cuz im really trying to get this youtube channel designed for my GB team + I gotta make logos for all of our profiles/teams...so just remember but i promise ill make it once im done wid these

 

COMPLETELY RE-DID MY GAMEBATTLES LOGO! SO I NEED SOME FEEDBACK!

So recently my cousins and I decided to get serious about gamebattles and re-created our old team "Team Infectiions" which being named after "Infected" we always decide to go with a zombie theme and greenish/yellowish color...so here is what i came up with for our logo! if you dont know most of GB logos there either just texts, texts w/ pictures, or cinema4d 3D texts.

Please Please Please!!! Give me some feedback as I want to get everything perfect as im going to most probably use the same text style for our youtube channel design

Just be like the eminem logo with a bit of detail and they click n leads to vouches!

Pen Tooling is a really cheap effect that you first learn when you start in PS, I would really say get away from that and the heavy handed outer glow. I don't think the fonts are good matches for one another, you can't really juxtapose a sci-fi/futuristic font with a classical lettering font and have the viewer not question.

 

Thanks! will keep that in mind, but as for my defense, i was going for a simple sig i can use as a logo liked the idea of the pen tool, and as for the font, i used batman forever for the name as it looked like it matched, and the other was cooper std, i just needed a thicker font for the name dubz...

 

If you want to do logos you need to get and learn illustrator, if you want to stick to tagging then stay in PS but try to learn some more advanced typography techniques. You should really check out a website called GoMedia, they have amazing tutorials and are really great for inspiration.
