Need help [PLZ READ MOD]

Hey I have a question. So I sold Protox an account for 30m and an account with 40 defense 99 range/99 magic and after he was banned he recovered the range/mage tank back. I was wondering since he recovered the account back, am I aloud to re-sell the account I sold him since I'm out of part of my payment? Lastly what would the rules be to re-selling it and what proof would I need to provide to prove he recovered the account? To be clear I have not recovered it.

I don't get why he would report it if the user is already banned though.

 

The extra report is archived, and used for evidence later.
The more info on a person we have, the better decisions we can make.

Yeah I'll make sure to take pics of all trades from now on. It was my first trade =/. The player is already banned so I don't see what else they can/will do.

What if he doesn't dispute? User would remain just banned and none of the new reports can be used.

Yes, I did read, but maybe with the last information you could have recovered by now. Doesn't really mean you would resell, which is main question.

Whenever a customer charges back one of my accounts, I recover it immediately. It is no longer his property.

 

I agree with Kero.
I may not be a mod, but seeing as you no longer own his payment, I find you should be allowed to recover it.

Though,I would first await where the report leads you and recover when a global or higher tells you to do so.

 

Thanks for input. Yeah I'm not going to recover until a get verdict from globals, although I'm sure they will side with me.

 

Wouldn't there be a problem if he resells it and the guy recovers it? Therefore making Staking look like a scammer.
