Make a infomation button.

I dont what it is called, but you could make, a thing, so when you have writting in a forum, then when people write in the forum, you have a infomation that link up, so you could follow you topic that you have writting in.

 

I didn't understand anything you just said to be honest... Do you mean like a thread subscription button? If so there is already one in please... Feel free to elaborate more.
