I am going to be banned today...

Basically I traded with h1j2q3, I bought 118M off him for $68
What happened was my paypal became limited because I created it the day of, with fake info, to receive a $130 payment for an account I had just sold.
There was some misunderstandings as to whether I would pay back when my paypal was able to send money again, 180 days I thought, but h1j2q3 meant I would have to pay back when my acc was still limited but the payments were reversed... I had no other way of paying him back because I had used the RSGP before there was a problem. We agreed on a deadline of midnight tonight for me to get the 118M to refund him but I only made 20M from selling my accounts...

What I am simply asking is after I'm banned and continue to sell my accounts on powerbot, not trying to advertise, and I manage to make the 118M if I can refund him and be unbanned. I did not dispute the payments... h1j2q3 explained to me new paypal accounts get limited easily : /...
