Few botting/script issues

Using Nexus bot I have discovered that today it doesn't seem to be identifying the items in my inventory properly when I've tried using Carbon Fisher and kminer.

Carbon Fisher:

I have the equipment I need at the fishing location and as soon as I start it up it runs to a bank, withdraws a couple random items then runs back to the fishing spot and logs out, saying I didn't have the necessary items.

kminer:

While trying to mine granite it doesn't recognize that I have waterskins so it attempts to run back to a bank and do whatever it is going to do.

Also with kminer I attempt to powermine a full inventory of iron ore and then drop them all but once it's full it just keeps clicking the rocks.

The weird thing is that both of them were working just fine yesterday for me. Is this an issue with the scripts or with the client?

 

A lot of bots seem screwed up now, so I think it's most likely the client.
