9/11

I was in elementary school.
I don't remember anything.
I remember coming home though, turning on the news and I remember seeing a face in the smoke from one of the tower buildings, it was freaky.

I was actually on vacation, and I was getting on a plane on the 11th, when the lady told us that airplanes hit the towers. They rescheduled our flight for 7 days later.

 

I was just a little kid at the time, but I was in school and class got cancelled so we could watch the news. It was insane, but I couldn't comprehend much at the time.

 

I remember coming home from primary school to find my granded, sitting bewildered in front of the tv, when I first saw it I thought he was watching a disaster movie. He then explained to me in a way I could understand, what had happened... I was horrified.

R.I.P all the 9/11 Victims.

 

The second plane hit really early in the morning for Aussies, i dont remember exactly but my dad woke me up around 4am and we were just watching the same 3 or 4 clips of the planes hitting and the panic in the crowds.

I was only 11 years old. I also had that day off school and my dad had that day off work. He just sat there an watched it non stop.

RIP to those who lost their lives, especially those who ran in to save the others.

I woke up fairly early to watch all the good cartoons and on every channel all that was on was constant videos of this plane smashing into a building. For some reason I didn't think much of it till my mother told me later what had happened.

i was 6 years, and i was on a school in India.

 

I was 17, senior in high school, it was a long and horrible day of confusion and fright.

 

I was in my 3rd grade class. None of us knew what was going on but all the adults were freaking out, and were really scared.

 

I was in second grade at school. First i saw tanks and humvees and soldiers moving down the nyc streets. Then our headmaster told us what happened. Then after school I went home with my mom and saw a lot of smoke to the South. Then we watched tv and my mom was crying. I finally realized something bad had happened.

 

I woke up on the morning (around Lunchtime for UK) and just ran down and turned the television, saw the towers and ran up stairs to wake my parents up. My parents ran down and just watched the telly all morning. Can't remember anything after that, I was about 6.

 

I was walking down the road on my way home from my primary school with my mum and my brother. My mum told us what had happened and said that my dad was coming home from work early because they were worried that his office in London was at risk too.
