Getting Scammed By RSGoldSell.com

Ok so I am currently in the process of having RSGoldSell.com scam me. So heres the situation, I made an order for 80m (52$) And this is like the third order I have made this week. But I use my mom's credit card. All the other times I used her credit card and their was no problem, the orders went through fine. But they are saying that now I have to send them a picture of her I.D. So I asked for a refund. Well now she says that for a refund I have to send an email to their manager. So I sent the email and have been waiting ever since. So yeah since I am 90% sure the "manager" Isn't going to reply, what should I do?
Oh and yeah I realize 80m is nothing, im just getting back into the game like a month ago. :huh:

 

Sounds more like they want confirmation that you are the owner of the credit card... which admittedly, you aren't

Ok very true but I already made the payment and I have made 2 other payments in the last 3 days. Scammed was probably the wrong word to use but the way the live chat went with this lady made it seemed like its a scam. I had to wait 10 mins for her replies and then they would be something dumb like "are you logged into your email yet?"When I had already sent her a copy of the receipt and told her two times over the chat that I had...

 

You mean that dude with the joker in his signature? Cuss thats the only dispute I have had on sythe and it was because all my duegoneering bots are outdated and didn't work. So I went him a message saying I couldnt do it and he got mad and spammed my thread. And how am I going to scam an account with email, recoveries, and a bank pin. Be patient with them. Otherwise inform your mom of your foxy behavior and have her call the CC company to chargeback the money.

 

My foxy behaior? But yeah she knows I charged it to her card. She doesn't really care as long as its not over like 100$. So yeah the moneys not the problem I just wanted mah Spectral Spirit shield, and a few other things. But I guess I'll be patient with them, and in the meantime get the gold from another site. Thanks.
Oh and I really want to show the conversation between me and this sell's rep lady but I don't know how to block out my name on mac. It's hilarious though!:laugh:

 

Well if this happened on the weekend 9/10, then the manager might not check his email till monday. They are just trying to verify you own the cc. I bet they will refund. I'd email him 2-3 times. Maybe try to dispute the charge if they don't respond.

Omg lol this just keeps getting better and better. So I sent the "manager" an email basically asking for a refund or for the gold to be delivered to me. And he sent me back an email saying"Dear customer. Thank you for your order from us and wait 8 hours. Can you come to our live chat to make a simple confirmation on your order now, then we can trade the gold for you at once.
So right when I read the email I knew that they were still going to make me confirm it to them. So I went to the live chat and "susan" basically said that I will still have to get my "mums" credit card and take a picture. Her excuse for this was that "paypal needs proof. Sorry. Shall we just told them who you are? That would be funny. " Those were her words btw. SO then I say I just want a refund then. She proceeds to tell me that her "manager gives the refunds. And the manager is out of town and won't be back for a while. Sorry. " This is great fun.

Just tell your mom to call up the bank and charge everything back. Banks have the power to do this. They can instantly charge anything back....

 

Well since RSgoldSell.com didn't work I figured I would try TheRSgold.com instead. So far after every question he asks, I will reply, and then he waits around 10 minutes to reply back. He said Please hold on, I will check on that. Then I watched a whole episode of Entourage and still no reply. WTF

uhh yeah I wouldent buy anything off those websites.. First off there usually based out of country... Therefore Its easy for them to rip people off. Who the hell is going to bust them when there in China? no one... So hey man liek the other dude said Call your bank and get them to charge it back and explain to them exactly what happened.

 

Yeah, it sounds like they're just trying to make sure you know the owner of the credit card. Be patient im sure you'll be refunded, if not threaten legal action.

 

If i were u id send the email in chinese so they dont have to translate it. Well that aside i had a problem with player auctions that was similar to this. I had like maxed out the most i could buy in 1 month and they wanted a photo id or something to prove who i was, then i could buy more
