Gold4rs really can't win at all.

Jagex have the money to take these websites down, at least for a while...

 

how do we know gold4"rs" means runescape! it coule mean multiple things =P

 

Gold4RS will lose this copyright lawsuit, but once they move to Gold4Fun (gayest name I've ever seen for a website), Jagex won't be able to do anything about it.

Jagex will win, for a little bit. Like others have said, the only thing they can charge them with is Copyright Infringement.

 

Isn't the same gold4rs that said they followed the rules of Runescape, didn't bot and worked with Jagex? I specifically remember reading something put out by gold4rs that was about that.

I don't know, honestly. RSBot didn't have the vast resources Gold4RS does. Gold4RS has a lot of cash behind it and is willing to defend its name. Tbh, gold4rs.com *is* their name.

Plus Jagex can't go around claiming any website with RS in it... belongs to them.

Wait, can jagex go through their sales and find out who bought from them and how. If so, I think I'm fucked, because I think I bought some gold there once (believe it or not), before I discovered sythe.

 

It does not matter how many supporters there are it all comes down to the judges ruling.

In the end Jagex win the battle over GOLD4RS by requesting the UK government to get involve.....GOLD4FUN wanted revenge......they bring the whole China government invole and to help them get their revenge.........China Government and GOLD4RS shoot few mini missiles at JAGEX HQ .....but the chinese can't aim so the missiles hit Blizzard HQ (WOW). JAGEX is pissed of that GOLD4RS trying to rape them with their mini missiles.....SO they shoot back their missiles but they also missed because they are FAGEX and it hit Mojang_AB HQ (Minecraft).

They started World War 3......Sythe created our own HQ called "Sythe HQ". All Sythe's members were in the HQ. Sythe divided the members into 2 team. Team 1 lead by Sythe (owner), adminstrator and moderator with few Sythe's member raiding JAGEX HQ and stole RS game with all the file they have in the computer. Team 2 were lead by Sythe's Sexy member aka "me" with the rest of SYthe's member enter Gold4rs and Gold4FUN stealing all the RSGP including items. Runescape is now owned by Sythe and Sythe's members.
