Runescape Dying?

RuneScape only flourished for a little while. Then they started their bull crap updates... It is dying, but not just recently-- for a while!!

 

RuneScape hasn't been the same since 2007..and that's the honest truth botting wasn't THAT bad back then...it seems like people just play to dice or p.m random people in game and try to scam them out of something runescape is a SAD SAD place...the only purpose for me to play is to hold onto my rares and hope their value goes up and maybe eventually cash in on real cash.

 

I know its long time ago but i pretty sure RS was reborn when they brought (FT) back alot more came back then went. i still think its be alive for a longtime to come.

 

Idk, this could be true. People say that the "Stellar Dawn" will take over RuneScape.
I don't think it'll change over night, but gradually RuneScape will most likely not have as many people playing it as they do now.

 

I believe it isn't going to ever be as good as it used to be so I sold my rares + GP and quit.

Jagex turned the killswitch on it self by removing the wildy/free trade back in jan 2008. the legit players began to go away and botters began to take over. when freetrade/wildy did come back, it was too late.

 

I doubt it. Stellar Dawn is a completely different game, and for a different (older) audience as well.
