Very nice, pretty similar to the system I'll be building in July/August, except I'm going for the i5 2500k. I'd love the i7 but HT won't benefit that much in games and I don't really do video rendering, so the extra $100 is a dealbreaker for me.

edit: Not a big fan of the case. Just personal preference, but I would've gone for a Lian Li Lancool PC-K62.

Congrats, going to be a task 1/2 to put the computer together, but once done, I'm sure it'll be worth it.

Not really that hard, all it involves is slotting things into place and screwing a few things down. Check out my guide in the guide section, it explains how easy it really is.. and it's definitely worth it, you save money and get better parts + usually a better warranty :)

Very nice. I have the same case and it's great. Slightly better than my comp but only because mine is a 1.5 years old :)

Also, I haven't been following parts recently, but if that is the newest/best ATI don't get it, they're usually glitchy. Go with 2 1GB instead.

Ditch the ASRock, it's basically Asus' bitch.

There's nothing wrong with ASRock, the only things bad about their boards is that the color schemes usually suck ass. They've gotten better in the past year or so, but they still do some tacky color combinations.

Ha you think asrocks colour scheme is bad, checkout gigabytes :p.

Asrock has gotten A LOT better lately, lots of people buy them because they're a bit cheaper then others with the same features, and still provide fairly good support.
