Google the brand(s), download drivers for your model from the manufacturer's site. Windows default drivers are horrible for most things.

e: Also, find out if your operating system is actually supported by the devices. I had an old wlan adapter that didn't fully support vista/windows 7, it performed fine except occasionally caused bluescreens.

It looks like you have a registry error. If that happens to be the problem, you need to download a registry cleaner and do a thorough clean. If that doesn't resolve the issue it may be a compatibility error.

It may be a virus on your computer, but all webcams have drivers that they use to function properly. The fact that yours installs by itself doesn't mean it doesn't have a driver, you just don't have to install it manually.

(For windoes 7) Go into control panel, "hardware and sound", "device manager", and look for webcam or "imaging devices"

Double click that, click the "driver tab", and fiddle with the options there. Try clicking "update driver". Or "uninstall", and replug-in the device and let it reinstall by itself.

If that doesn't work, I'd go back to the possibility of a virus fucking with your computer, and take necessary steps to solve that... I'm not the best at virus trouble shooting so I can't help you there. Malwarebytes always works for me when I have a stubborn virus though... you can try that if you want.

Ik for a fact it's not a virus, will try to update drivers, the cam works fine with the manycam program, just certain Tiny chat servers it makes my computer crash when i try to give TC access to the cam.

edit- after going to update drivers, it says it is up-to-date

I'm wondering if it's adobe, doesn't TC use that?

The drivers that Windows automatically assigns to devices suck 99% of the time, you should find the manufacturer and model and Google that. If it was like a Microsoft Lifecam 3000 or whatever, Google "Microsoft Lifecam 3000 drivers" etc. You should be able to find better drivers then. If it was Adobe Flash you'd probably be crashing during anything Flash related, not just TC. At least that's what I'd think.

The cam works with everything but TC?
