    Runescape Dying?

When they announced that free trade and old wilderness is going back, I was really happy.

Now that I see what state does RS lie in, I want the limited trade back :(

I dont care when someone bots on his account and levels ranged for example but I seriously hate when someone bots on like 10 accounts at once...sells the GP...ruins economy

I doubt they'll bring back trade limit eg;. People are spending more money on Jagex than ever before. If Jagex do a rerun of 2007, there will be no one left after that.

    Runescape Dying?

I highly doubt runescape is going to die out. There will always be more bots coming into the game, but that only means more money for Jagex.

Doubt it. Jagex will release new skills / items / bosses to keep high leveled players in.

    Runescape Dying?

The release of ROTM later this month is a conclusion to pretty much the main storyline or whatever it is in runescape. Just another sign that this game is coming to an end.

    Runescape Dying?

I wouldn't say It's dying, just that it is changing, for the worse. The number of bots these days is unbelievable, but my personal opinion is that Jagex only cares about money so aren't exactly doing a hell of A lot to ban the bots.

I gave it up long time ago, but after they returned free trade & wildy I gave it another shot. Now I'm sure I'm totally done with it 'cause of the mass amount of bots.

The odds of them bringing limited trade back are slim to none. You have to think, with all these goldfarmers, comes more membership which is more money. They are making a larger amount of money now while at the same time, ruining economy. I don't think they care honestly, because if they did, limited trade would be back.

Agreed, most worlds have a massive amounts of bots on them. I really could honestly care less as they don't effect me in any way. As far as membership sales goes though runescape IS growing.

Type in R.I.P. Runescape into your notes and see what happens.

Runescape is dead. Has been for awhile, it sucks going to go skill somewhere, because before you could have a conversation with whoever is also doing that.

    sucks :(

If Jagex truly cared about their customers more than money, they would never have brought back free trade and old wildy in the first place. Face it, they're new company name will be 'Activision II'.

I think if they leave it in such a state with all the bots, it'll die out pretty soon.

    Runescape Dying?

I admit I bot, but I do it in moderation. I'm a little frustrated that now we (the black marketers, the ones who've been doing it for so long) and now also being put at risk of the game being ruined because every kid from Runescape can now use Rsbuddy.

The spammers need to be removed from F2P, this has ruined F2P. Instead they should hire more player mods, etc and actually get them doing something. I haven't seen a player mod in AGES.
