NEED help buying rsgp

Okay, so I'm looking to get around 100m for my main, but the problem is I don't really use a bank, I just keep all my cash in a safe, I have a pc financial bank account which my pay goes into, but I don't know any information about it really so paypal is kinda outta the question. I'm 17 so I can't get a credit card, I was wondering is there some sort of prepaid card that I can buy the sellers will accept as payment?

Also, I know Gold4fun accepts visas, but they are out of the question.

 

You should definitely know the information for your bank account. If not, you're at security risk. You're either an idiot, or using a stolen account and trying to get methods on how to receive funds.
Paypal is one of the simplest payment methods available, while it's not very secure, it's easy.
If you can manage to physically obtain money, sending via WU is your best option, or possibly purchasing an item online for a user that's selling 100m.

I have a solution for this. Go to the mall or a gas station and buy runescape membership cards. Then sell the upgrades for around 10M each. You won't get the best price per mill but atleast you will get yourself a decent amount of rsgp

I would use something called MoneyPak.

You load money onto it and whoever accepts it you can give them the card code and they get the money from you. Its just like cash but instead you can use it on the internet. Its very useful and you can use it basically anywhere online.

So banking, credit and debit are out of the question, correct? If you can withdraw cash you can use Western Union, but they charge a fee so the total price will be slightly higher. Or, you can send cash via an envelope to the seller if you buy off Sythe, however, if you use this method it is important that you use an official middle man.
