Thinking Of Starting My Own Dicing Clan..

So yeah, the title pretty much says what I'm planning on doing.

I need some advice on how to advertise the clan, what's the best free forum software out at the moment and how much starting GP would you advise?

I currently have around 200M which should rise to 500M within the next few days. I'm planning on having a co-owner or two and some hosts.

Any advice is appreciated.

 

You would need at least 100m min, but 200m+ is preferable.
Both forums and youtube would be very beneficial.
it wouldnt be too hard to gain members once you have made a name for yourself... i for one would be willing to start it up with you.

You will never Be able to get up to DD standards, and thats what your aiming for, even if you say your not.

 

I think its STILL possible to make decent dicing clan, but you would need to plan all the shit, have shitload adverts etc etc etc, so think if its worth your time

I agree with this. Many hyped up clans have tried and failed, don't think you're "special"..

People say it's a waste of time, but he will most likely make money anyway.
your cash pile depends on the max bet you accept, with 200m, i wouldn't accept bets above 15m (so you have less chance to get cleaned )

To those who posted negative replies.. if it goes nowhere then it goes nowhere, if it does then it does.. I lose nothing either way.

 

To be honest, I wouldn't start a dicing clan just because of the fact that there are already so many clans out there. Especially popular and trusted clans.

 

If anything, save and buy a rank in a clan like "Liked" or DD, even though you do have a chance of your clan becoming big, buying another rank is pretty much guaranteeing to make you money.

 

Rome wasn't built in a day.

 

A lot of people try and make dice clans, they advertise for a day or so and quit.

Why do they fail? The owners don't try and give up really fast.

If you keep at it, over time your clan will grow into something small then something mid sized, etc.

You can't expect to be making millions in the first day. The hard part is keeping people in your clan chat.

Advertising = Put a bunch of random level 3 autotypers in different worlds/advertise on forums

Start with a free forum like invisionfree? Don't really know on that situation

 

You can also pay real people to advertise for you, If you are paying good that gets you CC attention. People will talk about how much money they made advertising for you then, you'll get bigger it may not start with them betting money but while advertising for you they will see all the money people are making. Guess what they are going to do with that money you paid them? Thats right, dice it right back into someones (potentially yours) hands.
