Small story short. I gave him 45M for $25 and then he wanted the rest of my money. He wanted to go 50/50 so I gave him 15.5M and he logged off and now he says that he will win the money back in stakes and begs me for money. Since I said no he is holding my money on paypal for 90 days and says he won't cancel the claim unless I pay him 5M... He owes me $10 as well as his chargeback claim to be canceled.
