I was not intending to do anything that i was accused of it was simply for personal account safety reasons, I did not want to proceed with buying if they trade people in the same place every time because it is easy for jagex to see that they are always in the same place ( like varrock) I wanted to know if they come to the location you specify instead of trading in a stationary spot.

 

That's a bizarre superstition, and in my experience, not even remotely true. I have always MM'ed in lumby basement - a place that isn't even plausibly used for legit trading on f2p - and have never received a ban.

There were more logical questions you could have asked to find out your chances of getting banned (for example, others' recent experiences), and if you insisted, I'm sure you could have arranged with the seller to meet you elsewhere.

In sum, I agree that the TWC is warranted, and if you want it removed, you'll need to show move vouches.
