Explanation of the trade:
Long story short, I added RSPS sellers and brought in Commando as the middleman. He had a seller who claimed he was going to sell 4b Orion RSPS gold. However, the seller said he wanted to sell both the gold and the account together. I told Commando I would pay $150 USD, and the seller agreed to the deal.

I sent the payment in LTC. After that, the seller sent the RSPS account details to Commando, claiming everything was ready. When I logged into the account, there was no gold in the inventory and nothing in the bank. At that point, it was clear to me that the seller had scammed us with a quick transfer or removal of the gold.

Commando then made a group chat including the seller. In that chat, the seller was rude, told me to “fuck myself,” and acted extremely rude. Communication was difficult because both of them struggled to speak proper English, which made it hard to understand what was actually happening.

Despite this, Commando still decided to release the money to the seller, allowing him to walk away with both the gold and my $150. On top of that, Commando admitted to deleting the group chat, which contained important evidence including the seller’s insults and other relevant information. By deleting the chat, he tampered with and removed key evidence that could have supported my case.

I believe Commando did not handle this trade properly. He never logged into the account to verify that the gold was actually there before releasing the funds. Instead, he trusted the seller without confirming the contents of the account, which resulted in my loss of over $150 USD.

Because of this mishandling and the deletion of evidence, I am requesting that Commando receive a DNT and be banned.

How they scammed: Explain above, but the seller sent screenshots of the money to commando, seller traded the gold fast and sent detail to commando then he sent them to be WITHOUT CHECKING THE ACCOUNT" i logged in and nothing was there.

i never accepted that this has been settled, i paid 150 usd to rsps currency that i never got, he decided to still pay the seller who scammed the money. This person has to get DNT and banned. He handled this wrongfully

 

I recorded a video of the transaction, but I later realized that my computer clock was about 10 minutes behind because it wasn’t properly synced. I’m using Ghost Spectre OS (a gaming-optimized version of Windows), and I never fixed the time synchronization issue.

The seller turned out to be a scammer. He was not logged out of the account and traded the gold away. The server staff confirmed that the gold was RWT and banned both that account and the seller’s account.

However, the seller still received the payment from Commando. I don’t believe this was handled correctly. I have purchased over $5,000 worth of RSPS gold in the past and have never had any issues before. I always pay and receive my gold. This is the first time I paid and did not receive what I purchased.

 

This guy is a cheater. He deleted some of from the chats, and I recorded everything and sent it to Zulu via PM. There was also a video he deleted.
