I would finish getting 85 dung for frosties which is still 500k/hr or so, as well get a BoB from summoning like that tortoise. Make bank until you can afford 95 prayer, herblore is expensive and should come after turmoil/ss due to the increased gp/hr from it.

 

I'd get 94 herb. Or just max out ur cmb.

 

Livid farm is at 60, which is why I asked.

Why 94?

 

Unless they patched it, you can also alch in soul wars. Since you can bring arrows into the game since they aren't a noted item, you can alch in there and get even more exp

 

I'm pretty sure bonus from dxp weekend doesn't stack with the bonus from gilded altars, so I wouldn't train prayer during that period of time.
