As of late, I just think some of the staff users are becomingly increasingly abusive towards some users.

I honestly think that there should be an opinion poll, for the benefit of the community, on all staff members once per month, done only by non staff members. Where they could express their thoughts on staff users rather than being banned for it.

More questionnaire styled, so either rating of 1-10, or yes and no answers.

The current system ( what it feels like anyway ), If a staff member says something offensive to a regular user, they can do at best very little about it. However if a user is offensive to a staff member, they can be at worst, banned.
I believe that staff users should lead by example, and just to know better really.
